CUSTOMER CARE
All our products are baked to order,
made from scratch & baked in small batches daily.

Orders need to be placed at least 48-72 business hours in advance of shipping/pick up date.
Holiday and Special Orders need to be placed 7 days in advance of shipping /pick up date.
All our cakes, pies, breads and loaves are meant to be consumed within 5 days of delivery.
We deliver and ship our goodies, packing them with lots of care
to ensure they stay delicious from our oven to you.

Local Miami Delivery
Our drivers deliver around the entire Miami-Dade county area.
Delivery charge will be added during checkout.

Nationwide Shipping
Our treats ship great, and we ship nationwide on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Orders need to be placed at least 48-72 business hours in advance of shipping date.
Holiday and Special Orders need to be placed 7 days in advance of shipping date.
Based on the day and time of your order, we will ship on the next available shipping day
to ensure the freshest possible delivery.​
At checkout, you will have the option to choose your shipping via USPS.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available during regular business hours.
Orders need to be placed at least 48-72 in advance of pick up date.
We will notify you when your order is ready.

Refunds
We bake and package each order special for you and do not offer refunds.

Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns.​
